Job summary

Tata Technologies in Bengaluru is seeking a design engineer to create bearing components for automotive engines and powertrains. You will develop 3D models and 2D drawings using Creo and UG NX, and perform GD&T and tolerance analyses to ensure performance.

You will prepare BOMs and engineering documentation, support NPD from concept to production, and collaborate with CAE, Manufacturing, Testing and Quality teams to meet automotive standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in bearing component design for automotive engines and powertrains.
• Proficiency with GD&T and tolerance stack-up analysis.
• Familiarity with engineering change management processes.

• Participate in DFMEA, design reviews, and engineering change management processes.
• Ensure compliance with automotive standards and manufacturing requirements.
• Support prototype development and product validation activities.
