Job summary

Private Jet Cabin Crew role in Bengaluru involves delivering premium inflight service to VVIP guests, while maintaining safety, grooming and confidentiality. You will work irregular hours and travel on private jets as per flight schedule.

Ideal candidate has 1–5 years of cabin crew experience, excellent English, presentable grooming and strong discretion. Diploma in Aviation or Hospitality preferred; immediate joiners and willingness to travel extensively are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate / Diploma in Aviation, Hospitality, Hotel Management or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience as Cabin Crew, Air Hostess, Private Jet Cabin Crew, Luxury Hospitality or VVIP Guest Relations.
• Excellent spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional VVIP hospitality and personalized inflight service.
• Welcome and assist guests with professionalism, warmth and discretion.
• Prepare and serve premium meals, beverages and customized guest preferences.
• Maintain high standards of cabin cleanliness, presentation and comfort.
• Coordinate with the pilot, ground team, catering vendors and other aviation staff.
• Manage VVIP requests efficiently while maintaining complete confidentiality.
• Ensure all required cabin equipment, amenities, catering and supplies are ready before departure.
• Assist guests with boarding, seating, luggage and other onboard requirements.
• Handle unexpected situations calmly and professionally.
• Follow all applicable aviation safety, security and emergency procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of catering, inventory and cabin requirements.
• Support pre‑flight and post‑flight cabin preparation.
• Be flexible to work irregular hours, weekends, holidays and short‑notice flights.

Job Purpose

To provide premium, personalized and discreet inflight service to VVIP guests, business leaders, celebrities and high-profile clients travelling on private jets, while ensuring the highest standards of safety, hospitality, grooming and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

Eligibility

• Graduate / Diploma in Aviation, Hospitality, Hotel Management or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience as Cabin Crew, Air Hostess, Private Jet Cabin Crew, Luxury Hospitality or VVIP Guest Relations.
• Private aviation / business jet experience will be an advantage.
• Excellent spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Good grooming, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Valid passport preferred.
• Cabin Crew / Aviation certification will be an added advantage.

Preferred Profile
