Uttarayan Developers Pvt. Ltd. invites a Chartered Accountant to lead our financial function, managing accounts, budgeting, taxation and statutory compliance.

Ideal candidates have ICAI CA qualification, 25+ years post-qualification experience, strong GST/Tax knowledge, and proficiency in Tally and MS Excel; real estate sector exposure is a plus.

Competenze

• CA qualification from ICAI (ICAI), with full membership.
• Post-qualification experience of 25 years or more preferred.
• Experience in real estate or construction is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS and statutory compliance.

Mansioni

• Manage the company's accounts, financial statements, balance sheets and P&L.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, cash flow and fund management.
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.
• Handle taxation, audits, financial reporting and regulatory filings.
• Monitor project-wise expenses, costing and financial transactions.
• Verify invoices, bills, payments and financial records.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants and government authorities.
• Ensure accuracy of accounting records and compliance with financial regulations.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management for better decision-making.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage the company's accounts, financial statements, balance sheets and profit & loss accounts.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, cash flow and fund management.
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.
• Handle taxation, audits, financial reporting and regulatory filings.
• Monitor project-wise expenses, costing and financial transactions.
• Verify invoices, bills, payments and financial records.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants and government authorities.
• Ensure accuracy of accounting records and compliance with applicable financial regulations.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management for better decision-making.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.
• 25 years of relevant post-qualification experience preferred.
• Experience in real estate or construction industry will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, auditing and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple financial activities independently with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Strong understanding of financial controls, budgeting and reporting.
