Job summary

Admake India Media is seeking a skilled accountant to maintain daily records, process GST invoices, and handle statutory compliance. The role involves reconciling ledgers, managing payables/receivables, and generating MIS reports, with emphasis on accuracy and confidentiality.

The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of accounting experience in a private limited company, strong GST/TDS knowledge, and proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel. Immediate joining will be preferred.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in a private limited company.
• Good working knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, taxation, and basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Experience in handling vendor payments, customer collections, bank reconciliation, and outstanding accounts.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail, honesty, and the ability to maintain financial confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle GST returns, TDS calculations, and other statutory compliance in coordination with the CA.

• Perform bank reconciliation, ledger reconciliation, and monthly account closing.
• Maintain records of expenses, cash flow, and financial transactions.
• Prepare outstanding reports, payment follow-up statements, and other MIS reports.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, banks, and the company's CA for accounting-related matters.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
