Qualifikationen

• CA with ICAI membership and 23+ years post-qualification experience.
• Experience in real estate or construction sectors preferred.
• Strong knowledge of real estate taxation, GST, TDS, and income tax.
• Experience with finalisation of accounts and financial reporting.
• Project finance, cash flow, budgeting, and bank liaison experience.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime and ERP systems such as Farvision or SAP.
• Advanced MS Excel for MIS analysis.
• Leadership, communication and team management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple financial activities independently.

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and manage the company's overall Accounts, Finance, and Compliance functions.
• Handle finalisation of financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and financial reporting.
• Ensure timely compliance with Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory requirements.
• Manage RERA compliance, financial documentation, and CA certifications as required.
• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for project funding, loan documentation, and banking activities.
• Monitor project cash flows, budgets, fund utilisation, and financial planning.
• Prepare and review MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports to support business decisions.
• Coordinate statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, and other financial assessments.
• Supervise the accounts team and ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion of accounting activities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
• 23 years of post-qualification experience; experience in real estate or construction companies is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of real estate taxation, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and RERA regulations.
• Experience in finalisation of accounts, statutory compliance, audits, and financial reporting.
• Practical knowledge of project finance, cash flow management, budgeting, and bank liaison.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime and ERP systems such as Farvision or SAP.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and the ability to prepare and analyse MIS reports.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and team management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple financial and compliance activities independently and meet deadlines.
