Z Tech in Delhi seeks a qualified Chartered Accountant to oversee financial reporting, audits, and tax compliance. The role entails coordinating quarterly and yearly audits, IND AS implementation, and data support for auditors at corporate level.

You will be the primary liaison for statutory auditors and internal teams, ensuring timely closure of audit observations and accurate IT return filings in line with company policy. Experience with IFC audits and tax filings is preferred.

Formación

• Chartered Accountant qualification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare quarterly financial statements and coordinate with statutory auditors.
• Yearly statutory audit: prepare financials and notes per requirements.
• Monthly books review at corporate level.
• IND AS implementation: coordinate with IND AS consultant to provide data and discussion.
• First point of contact for statutory auditors and internal teams for data and audit queries, coordinating documents and resolving issues to close audit observations.
• Coordinate with statutory auditors for IFC testing.
• Internal audit finance & accounts: respond to audit queries and provide required data to close observations.
• Prepare income tax computation and ensure timely filing of the Income Tax Return (ITR).
• Coordinate tax audit filing and provide required data and clarifications.

About the Role

Quarterly Limited Review: Preparation and finalization of quarterly financial statements in accordance with listing requirements, including preparation of financials in the prescribed format and coordination with the Statutory Auditors for the timely completion and closure of the quarterly limited review.

Yearly Statutory Audit of financials: - Prepare the financials & Including notes. Accounting policies and disclosure as per the Companies requirement.

Monthly Review of the Books: - Monthly Review of the Books at corporate level.

IND AS Implementation: Coordination with Ind AS consultant to provide the Data and Discussion.

First Point of Contact with stat Auditor: Act as the first point of contact for Statutory Auditors and the internal team for providing required financial data and supporting documents, coordinating responses to audit queries, arranging or obtaining pending documents/agreements wherever required, resolving issues in coordination with the respective departments/consultants, and ensuring timely closure of audit observations

Yearly IFC Audit: - Coordination with Stat auditor for IFC testing.

Internal Audit Finance & Accounts: First Point of Contact: Act as the first point of contact for Statutory Auditors and the internal team for providing required financial data and supporting documents, coordinating responses to audit queries, arranging or obtaining pending documents/agreements wherever required, resolving issues in coordination with the respective departments/consultants, and ensuring timely closure of audit observations.

Income Tax - Annual ITR Filing: Prepare the income tax computation, coordinate with the tax consultant, and ensure timely and accurate filing of the Income Tax Return (ITR).

Tax Audit Filing: Coordinate with the Tax Auditor for preparation, review, and timely filing of the Tax Audit Report, including providing the required financial data, supporting documents, and clarifications.
