Job summary

Acura Solutions is seeking a financial reporting professional to ensure timely IND-AS reporting and full RBI/NHB regulatory compliance for the HFC. The role covers month-end closures, IND-AS accounting, ECL modeling, lease accounting, and revenue recognition.

You will coordinate with Risk, Treasury, IT, and Compliance, support audits, NHB inspections, and assist in board agenda notes. Experience in statutory auditing and NHB returns is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure monthly/quarterly closure of books. Preparation of Financial Statements as per IndAS requirements
• Ensure accounting as per IND-AS 109/116/115. Handle ECL model inputs, lease accounting, and revenue recognition for fees. Work with Risk team on PD/LGD/EAD.
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements, schedules, and notes to accounts as per Schedule III + IND-AS.
• Spearhead statutory audit, tax audit, and assist in NHB inspections. Prepare PBC lists, handle auditor queries, and ensure zero qualification.
• Ensure timely filing of all NHB returns assigned to finance.
• Participate in various automation projects to ensure accurate reporting. Drive TAT reduction.
• Update accounting policy manual, RPT policy, and ECL policy annually. Document SOPs for critical reporting processes.
• Liaise with Treasury, Operations, Risk, IT, and Compliance teams for data. Support Company Secretary for board agenda notes.
