Job summary

Embitel Technologies in Bengaluru, India seeks an experienced embedded software engineer with 4+ years of C++ in automotive domains. You will work on processor-based architectures and SoCs with integrated accelerators, gaining hands-on experience on QNX and Linux platforms.

You will debug and flash hardware (CAN/DLT, QNX trace logger), optimize performance, and participate in an Agile team to meet delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• Min 4+ years of C++ experience in automotive domain.
• Experience with processor-based architecture and embedded SoCs.
• Hands-on experience with QNX/Linux platforms.
• Hands-on debugging/ flashing on hardware (CAN/DLT viewer/QNX trace logger).
• Experience with SoCs with integrated accelerators (Qualcomm Snapdragon or similar).
• Strong problem-solving skills across HW/SW boundaries and performance bottlenecks.
• Experience with benchmarking and workload characterization.
• Good knowledge of build environments and processes (Make, CMake, Bazel, CI/CD).
• Experience with middleware (DDS, MQTT, gRPC) and related communication stacks.

Job description

• Min 4+ years of experience in C++ (11,14,17,20) with Automotive Domain
• Experience in processor-based architecture.
• Hands-on experience working inside QNX/Linux platforms.
• Hands-on experience on debugging/Flashing in HW(CAN/DLT viewer/QNX trace logger)
• Hands-on experience with Qualcomm Snapdragon or similar SoCs with integrated hardware accelerators.
• Strong problem-solving skills related to identifying performance bottlenecks across hardware/software boundaries.
• Experience with benchmarking and workload characterization.
• Good working experience of SW build environment and Build process – compilation, Linking etc. (Make CMake, Bazel, (CI/CD)
• Experience with any of the communication middleware (DDS, SOME/IP, ARA:COM, MQTT, gRPC, etc.)
