Responsibilities

• Develop platform components such as firmware, boot loaders, AUTOSAR, Linux/QNX BSP, and service oriented architecture-based middleware components.
• Write, debug, and flash hardware via CAN/DLT viewer and QNX trace logger.
• Benchmark performance, characterise workloads across hardware/software boundaries.
• Build and maintain the software build environment (Make, CMake, Bazel, CI/CD) and ensure alignment with project timelines.
• Work with Qualcomm Snapdragon or similar SoCs that include integrated hardware accelerators.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in C++ (11, 14, 17, 20).
• Automotive domain experience in processor-based architecture.
• Hands‑on experience in QNX/Linux platforms.
• Experience with debugging/flashing on hardware using CAN/DLT viewer and QNX trace logger.
• Experience with Qualcomm Snapdragon or similar SoCs with integrated hardware accelerators.
• Strong problem‑solving skills for performance bottlenecks across hardware/software boundaries.
• Experience with benchmarking and workload characterisation.
• Experience with software build environment and build process (Make, CMake, Bazel, CI/CD).
• Experience with communication middleware such as DDS, SOME/IP, ARA:COM, MQTT, gRPC, or similar.
• Basic Python hands‑on experience.
