Job summary

Kidbea seeks an experienced Buying & Sourcing Head to lead product sourcing and buying. You will direct the brand's buying strategy, plan seasonal ranges, identify and manage vendors, and drive product development from sampling to production.

You will negotiate costs, terms and lead times while balancing quality, cost and timelines. You will collaborate with Design, Product, Manufacturing, Retail and E-commerce teams to optimize sourcing processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of relevant experience in Buying, Sourcing, Merchandising or Category Management.
• Experience in kidswear / fashion / apparel / lifestyle / retail preferred.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of costing, fabrics, production and product development.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to take ownership and work in a fast-paced environment.
