Lenskart.com is seeking a Buyer to join our Merchandising team. You will own the product from scouting global trends to curating the right assortment, partnering with design and vendors to bring fresh, consumer-first collections to market.

In this role you will align with design on selection, conduct trend research, manage product lifecycle, monitor costs, and drive sell-through. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in fashion buying, strong Excel skills, and an AI-first mindset.

Formación

• 3–5 years experience in buying/merchandising within fashion, accessories, or lifestyle
• Graduate/Post-Graduate in Fashion Management/Merchandising
• Strong product sensibility, trend forecasting ability, and vendor management skills
• Strong first-principle problem-solving skills and ability to communicate the same to different stakeholder
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• AI-first in their thinking

Requirements

• 3–5 years experience in buying/merchandising within fashion, accessories, or lifestyle
• Garduate/Post-Garduate in Fashion Management/Merchandising
• Strong product sensibility, trend forecasting ability, and vendor management skills
• Strong first-principle problem-solving skills and ability to communicate the same to different stakeholder
• Strong proficiency in Excel – data analysis, pivot tables, lookups, dashboards, etc
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• AI-first in their thinking
