सादा / SAADAA is seeking a Buying and Merchandising Intern to support apparel sourcing, vendor coordination, and production follow-ups across our supply chain.

You will work closely with the buying and merchandising team to track production progress, coordinate with vendors, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations while learning the ropes of a growing D2C brand in India.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of experience in apparel sourcing, buying, merchandising, or garment production.
• Freshers welcome and encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and coordination skills required.
• Basic understanding of garment manufacturing processes.

Responsabilités

• Assist with sourcing and production activities for apparel categories.
• Coordinate with garment manufacturers and suppliers for day-to-day updates.
• Follow up with vendors on production schedules and order status.
• Coordinate with merchants and internal teams for production-related activities.
• Track production timelines and highlight delays.
• Support inwarding finished goods into the warehouse.
• Monitor vendor performance on quality and delivery timelines.
• Maintain production reports, vendor records, and sourcing docs.
• Coordinate with Quality, Planning, and Warehouse teams for smooth ops.
• Identify operational gaps and support process improvements.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We’re looking for a Buying and Merchandising Intern who will support vendor coordination, production follow-ups, and sourcing operations across our apparel supply chain. This person will work closely with the buying and merchandising team to track production progress, coordinate with vendors, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with sourcing and production activities for apparel categories.
• Coordinate with garment manufacturers and suppliers for day-to-day updates.
• Follow up with vendors on production schedules and order status.
• Coordinate with merchants and internal teams for production-related activities.
• Track production timelines and highlight potential delays.
• Support the timely inwarding of finished goods into the warehouse.
• Help monitor vendor performance on quality and delivery timelines.
• Assist with maintaining production reports, vendor records, and sourcing documentation.
• Coordinate with Quality, Planning, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify operational gaps and support process improvement initiatives.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 0–1 year of experience in apparel sourcing, buying, merchandising, or garment production. Freshers are welcome.
• Basic understanding of garment manufacturing, fabrics, trims, and production processes.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Textile, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
