Responsibilities

• Manage the Founder’s calendar, calls, meetings and follow-ups.

• Create clear reports from market research and competitors.
• Maintain trackers and documentation with owners and deadlines.
• Handle ad-hoc operations and growth projects.

Sourcingo is a fashion sourcing and buying house based in Jaipur. We connect D2C brands and retailers in India and abroad with vetted garment factories, and manage everything from sampling to bulk production. We're growing fast and building the team that will scale it.

About the role

This is a hands-on role working directly with the Founder. You'll own the many small tasks that keep the business moving, help find new buyers and factories, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. It's the fastest way to learn how a startup is actually built.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Founder's calendar, calls, meetings and follow-ups with buyers, factories and partners
• Hunt for new buyers (D2C brands, retailers, importers) and garment factories; research, shortlist and do first outreach
• Run Sourcingo's LinkedIn and social media: posting, replying to comments and DMs, tracking what works
• Research markets, competitors, buyers and suppliers, and turn it into clear sheets, decks and reports
• Maintain trackers and documentation so every task has an owner and a deadline
• Take on ad-hoc projects across operations and growth

Who we're looking for

• 0 to 2 years of experience; freshers with strong initiative are welcome
• Clear written and spoken English and Hindi
• Comfortable with Google Sheets, Docs, LinkedIn and AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude
• Organised, quick, and follows up without being reminded
• Interest in fashion, sourcing, sales or startups is a big plus

• Salary: Rs 15,000 to 25,000 per month, with more for people who create real value (performance-linked growth)
