Orbit & Skyline India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Buyer III to lead end-to-end procurement activities, ensuring timely, cost-effective, accurate, and compliant purchasing while coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.

The role requires 2–5 years of experience in procurement, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams in our India operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or supply chain management.
• 2–5 years of experience in procurement.
• Experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain.
• Strong organizational, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage RFQs, quotation evaluation, negotiation, and purchase orders.
• Expedite orders and ensure on-time procurement and delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers on commitments, delays, and issue resolution.
• Support cost optimization through price analysis and negotiation.
• Provide inventory and logistics support for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Maintain accurate ERP/SAP procurement records and documentation.
• Prepare procurement reports and MIS for management.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Finance, Stores, and suppliers.
• Support team workload management and timely completion of priorities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and continuous improvement.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, communication, and responsiveness.
