Job summary

Accenture services Pvt Ltd in Gurugram invites an experienced Business Transformation Manager to drive finance transformation programs across RTR, FP&A, and PTP towers. Qualifications

• Candidate should have 13 to 18 years of experience in business transformation.
• Exposure to F&A transformation, RTR, FP&A, OTC/PTP preferred.
• Strong communication with CXO level, problem-solving skills, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives across RTR, FP&A, and PTP towers.
• Engage with CXOs, defend solutions, and manage ambiguous client situations.
• Drive automation, standardization, and touchless processing improvements.
• Oversee contract negotiations, delivery commitments, and governance.
• Evaluate new tech (AI, NLP, RPA, process mining) for applicability.

• Finance & Accounting RTR Transformation, financial close optimization, and reporting modernization

• Exposure to Coupa or Basware or Ariba, HighRadius, BlackLine or Cadency.
• Exposure to process mining or analytics: Signavio, Celonis, or equivalent. What are we looking for?
• Hold conversations with CXO -2 & -1, lead solution defense and manage ambiguous client situations
• Excellent Communication skills, result-oriented, self-driven person with a high energy level, analytical and structured with extensive experience in managing a high-performance team and delivering large scale Transformation project. Roles and Responsibilities:
• In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems
• Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures
• The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
• Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads
• Generally interacts with peers or management levels at a client and within Accenture
• Undertake due-diligence process and work as a trusted advisory to internal and external stakeholder on building an ecosystem of data mining and transformation
• Hands-on experience advising transformation solutions basis relevant domain metrics applicable in RTR (major) or PTP or OTC towers
• Should have good understanding of commercial structures of transformation proposals and impact on P&L
• The person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments
• Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams
• Drive shift-left, standardization, and simplification agendas - reducing manual touchpoints and accelerating touchless processing rates across towers.
• Drive productivity commitments: FTE yield, automation savings, and Year-over-Year (YoY) efficiency gains.
• Lead contract and change order negotiations, ensure commercial terms (MSA, SOW, SLA penalty frameworks) are accurately reflected in delivery commitments.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, psychological safety, and operational excellence.
• Evaluate and pilot emerging technologies (AI, NLP, RPA, process mining) for applicability across F&A towers.
• Individual would manage medium-small sized teams or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture
