Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Business Transformation Associate Manager in Gurugram to lead transformation initiatives, assess feasibility, and plan journey management for clients. You will translate business issues into actionable strategies, work with cross‑functional teams, and guide programs from vision to value realization.

Candidates should have 10–14 years of experience, graduation, Six Sigma and Lean certification, and expertise as a SME in IFO; SAP ERP exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Six Sigma and Lean certification.
• Subject Matter Expert in IFO.
• SAP ERP experience is a plus.
• Ability to explain project lifecycle from problem statement to final outcome.
• Adaptable and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and solve moderately complex problems.
• Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures.
• Understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.
• Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads.
• May require rotational shifts.
