Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Business Transformation Manager to lead transformation initiatives in asset management and wealth management domains. The role demands deep experience, analytical acumen, and ability to drive strategic outcomes across global clients.

You will work within the Transformation vertical, applying Lean Six Sigma, process automation, and advanced methodologies to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 13 to 18 years of experience in business transformation or related fields.
• Experience in Asset Management and Wealth Management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis and solve moderately complex problems.
• May create new solutions and adapt existing methods and procedures.
• Align with senior management on team goals and strategic direction.
• Interact with supervisor and, if needed, clients or other Accenture teams.
• Guide and support junior team members and manage small teams when required.
• Work in rotational shifts if needed.
• Leverage automation, Gen AI, or RPA where applicable to improve processes.
• Contribute to enterprise platform solutions and customer-focused roadmaps.

What are we looking for?

• Any Graduation or MBA Finance
• Experience in working in Asset Management and Wealth Management
• 7 to 11 years. Exposure capital Market Domain preferred US Market

Roles and Responsibilities:

• In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems
• May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures
• The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
• Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor
• May interact with peers and or management levels at a client and or within Accenture
• Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments
• Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside
• Individual would manage small teams and or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture
• Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
