Role Overview:

The Role Holder in the CEO's Office will work directly with the Chief Executive Officer on key strategic priorities, business transformation initiatives, and cross-functional programs. This role provides a unique opportunity to be at the nerve centre of the organization, with exposure to the decision-making process at the highest level.

The ideal candidate brings a structured problem-solving approach, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to distill complex ideas into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Execution:

Lead and support the development of annual and long-term strategic plans.
Analyze industry trends, competitive dynamics, regulatory shifts, and customer insights to inform business strategy.
Identify white spaces, new business models, and revenue streams for 5paisa.
Evaluate investment opportunities, partnerships, and inorganic growth strategies.

CEO Office Program Management:

Design, track, and monitor the progress of high-priority initiatives from the CEO's agenda.
Build and manage OKR frameworks across departments to align with strategic goals.
Ensure smooth cross-functional execution of transformation programs.
Act as a liaison between the CEO and department heads, ensuring clarity, follow-ups, and accountability.

Business Intelligence and Performance Reviews:

Own key business metrics reporting and insights generation for CXOs and Board.
Drive preparation for performance reviews, board meetings, investor interactions, and leadership offsites.
Generate detailed business analyses, market models, and scenario forecasts.
Develop dashboards and visualizations to track business health

Communication and Stakeholder Management:

Prepare CXO-level presentations, investor decks, and internal strategy documents.
Coordinate external relationships with consultants, bankers, analysts, and strategic partners.
Uphold the confidentiality and discretion expected from the CEO's office

Qualifications & Competencies:

Technical Qualifications

MBA from a top-tier business school
6–8 years in strategic roles in consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy
Strong financial modelling, business valuation, and quantitative analysis skills
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI preferred)
Exposure to fintech or digital businesses is a plus
