Your Responsibilities

Lead TPM initiatives across the site to drive operational excellence and sustainable performance improvements Coordinate with TPM pillars, business functions, and stakeholders while providing guidance throughout their continuous improvement journey Analyze business processes using methodologies such as gap analysis and PDCA to identify improvement opportunities and eliminate losses Lead cross-functional improvement projects across all levels of the organization and ensure effective execution of initiatives Monitor progress by establishing measurable standards and tracking the achievement of improvement objectives Provide mentorship through workshops and team training sessions while openly sharing technical expertise and best practices
