Job summary

Accenture seeks a Business Process Designer to analyze, develop, and optimize workflows, collaborating with business users to define detailed requirements and use cases. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned PODs/workstreams and act as escalation point for the team.
• Allocate and track work; review deliverables, performance; mentor team members.
• Enable users with understanding of tools and processes.
• Assist users in timely completion of change tasks.
• Review and ensure accuracy and quality of change tasks.
• Triage process and system issues; seek extra help promptly.
• Monitor and report health of the change; escalate when needed.
• Analyze repeat questions/learnings and suggest best practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, knowledge, tools.

Collaboration and communication across teams are essential to drive meaningful improvements and support the overall business strategy.

Roles & Responsibilities

Engage with your target stakeholders - build rapport and trust as you prepare them for the upcoming change

Primary go-to-person for your target stakeholders with the goal to make the change frictionless for them - be their liaison with other subject matter experts / leaders / other teams across the program

Manage the change working closely with your target stakeholders - enabling & guiding them, managing the risks, helping resolve issues, and holding them accountable for their assigned tasks

Primary lead for the assigned PODs / workstreams along with team s first point of escalation

Manage the teams / PODs with work allocation & tracking, deliverable & performance reviews, and coaching & mentoring for the team members

Key responsibilities include:

• Enable users with the understanding of the relevant tools and processes
• Assist users in timely completion of the required change management tasks
• Review and ensure accuracy and quality of the change tasks
• Triage process and/or system issues and seek additional help promptly
• Monitor & report the health of the change and escalating when needed

• Contribute to continuous improvement of the processes, knowledge & tools

Professional & Technical Skills

Must have:

• Hospitality skills - Hands on / process / functional knowledge by virtue of either having worked at a hotel / hospitality / aviation / travel company or worked on a project in any of such industry sub-segments - Minimum 2 years
• Collaboration skills - Excellent project management & coordination skills - demonstrated experience working directly with external & internal global stakeholders
• Communication skills - Excellent spoken & written proficiency in English language - demonstrated experience working directly with external & internal global stakeholders

Nice to have:

• Experience with any application transformation project as a business analyst / developer / tester / any role

Should have (any one):

• Data skills - hands-on experience working on any data skill in migration / transformation related project - Minimum 2 years
• Analysis / Functional skills - relevant, strong, direct working experience with clients as a functional consultant / business analyst / systems analyst - Minimum 2 years
• Change management - experience of directly managing / being deeply engaged in any major business transformation program - Minimum 2 years
