Job summary

TSS Consultancy Pvt Ltd, a rapidly growing Fintech/Regtech solutions provider, seeks a field-based Client Engagement Specialist in Maharashtra. You will visit client sites, understand trading and compliance workflows, and tailor demonstrations to address specific requirements.

You will document needs, coordinate with Product and Implementation teams, and drive onboarding and adoption while building strong stakeholder relationships and staying abreast of regulatory shifts.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of the Indian stock-market ecosystem and trading lifecycle.
• Knowledge of NSE, BSE, brokers, clearing corporations, and depositories.
• Understanding OMS, RMS, orders, trades, margins, positions, holdings, contract notes, settlements.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to interact confidently with clients and understand their requirements.
• Good problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
• Comfortable using Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Visit client locations for product demonstrations and discussions.
• Understand clients' trading, broking, compliance, surveillance, and back-office processes.
• Explain how product features address client requirements.
• Gather and document client requirements, issues, and change requests.
• Coordinate with Product, Technology, Implementation, and Support teams.
• Support client onboarding, product training, and product adoption.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and ensure effective communication.
• Stay updated with Indian capital-market and regulatory developments.

Additional Information

Preferred

• NISM or other relevant capital-market certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Candidates should be comfortable with regular client visits and a client-facing/field-oriented role.
