Cipla is seeking a Supply Chain Operations professional in Mumbai to execute and manage business operations, coordinating with CGA and cross-functional teams. The role focuses on SNOP, OTIF delivery, and maintaining visibility on orders and inventories.

You will work with Planning, BD, and manufacturing to prioritize urgent orders, monitor stock movement, and improve forecast accuracy. The position involves building MIS dashboards and providing monthly/quarterly business insights.

JOB Purpose

Executing and Managing Business Operations while coordinating with various internal stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities

Supporting and monitoring the CGA operations by partnering with CGA Business team, Supply Chain, RA, QA, Finance and other cross functional teams.Presenting in the ESNOP forums and put across the achievement and the ask on any supply concerns.

• Review the requirements with Business Development and liase with Quality assurance, Regulatory and Supply chain teams and align them with customer preferences by criticality or order size.
• Escalate critical issues identified in supply/ orders etc. every week, to the related teams for resolution.
• Weekly SNOP & Cross Functional Discussions to closely monitor and deliver on Customers Orders

Implement the supply chain strategy centrally in coordination with planning & BD, to ensure on-time delivery of products to customers (Global Fund, Chemonics, UNDP, PAHO etc.) and achieve the desire OTIFs

• Prepare and ensure visibility on order book & tender book for all products and coordinate with internal stakeholders to support focus on order generation wherever required
• Identify urgent order requirements and inform to follow up with manufacturing units to prioritize these orders
• Monitor stock movement from factory to depot on weekly basis and support the team to reduce inventory cycle
• Calculation of Customers OTIF and reflection on improvement of same every cycle

Monitor and align the demand forecasting and demand planning in coordination with BD team

• Support in preparing overall monthly demand forecast on a rolling cycle for demand data gathered from all the customers involving the reporting team member
• Identify gaps between material and orders and accordingly support/ clearance of issues to ensure reduction of missing SKUs in order books
• Calculate forecast accuracy on a monthly basis and evaluate numbers every cycle based on business dynamics

Evaluating and tracking inventory liquidation plan at FG level

• Tracking the existing inventory at FG level and ensuring order-wise liquidation
• Monitor stock movement and plan inventory management at both FG and API level

Manage Issue resolution and Build systems for Monitoring

• Support daily operational reviews to cover critical issues affecting serviceability of the products which can impact COLO
• Identifying loopholes and lacunas and creating processes to fix them.

Create and maintain MIS for integrated visibility of supplies and sales parameters for entire CGA business

• Prepare primary and secondary sales report for the month by taking data from the BD and logistics team
• Support in creating monthly operational dashboards which will act as a bluebook for the business
• Preparing and Delivering on the Quarters LBE after exhaustive discussion with Business

Business Strategy & Control

• Tracking the API and PM levels as per the assigned stock norms
• Preparation of various business and review decks including MORs based on requirements
• Acting as voice of business and managing special projects related to existing and new products
