Job summary

Deepak Nitrite is seeking a capable professional to handle documentation and reporting across multiple business functions in Vadodara, India. The role involves consolidating production data, tracking budgets, and presenting actionable insights to drive decision making.

The candidate will prepare monthly performance and risk reports, support annual budgeting, monitor material plans, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Documentation and Reporting: Consolidate data such as profile and loss (Variable & Fixed Cost) related to each production, analyze deviation against budget and present inferences/highlights, on MIS; track status of actions, prioritize and follow-through for closure and report status.
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare monthly performance report, risk presentation, sales and operation reports and track R&D NPD activities with business team.
• Documentation and Reporting: Be instrumental in support for annual budget preparation activities and track progress throughout the year.
• Documentation and Reporting: Track sales & contribution number for each product on monthly basis against budget and report to business for upside/downside variance
• Documentation and Reporting: Keep a track of record related to raw materials, ensure timely business approvals
• Documentation and Reporting: Ensure the overall schedule of volume ordered for raw materials is in line with consumption plan from operation team and ensure efficient tracking of total RM plan. Flag deviation to business and ensure corrective action is communicated to respective stakeholder.
• Documentation and Reporting: Accurately record and maintain MoM (Minutes of Meetings) for meetings/discussions undertaken on behalf of business.
• Documentation and Reporting: Follow-through with concerned people or agencies, seek update on MoM (Minutes of Meetings) for meetings or tasks assigned and report status to SBU Head; seek inputs and communicate and follow-through for deployment of instructions for completion as per timelines.
• Documentation and Reporting: Research on business issues, provide updates on macro and industry trends; ensure quantitative and qualitative analysis of data, with recommendations (related to business case) for decision-making.

Project facilitation:

• Validate project proposals (content and commercial) and ensure required technical documentation in all aspects.
• Monitor & report progress on project activities, elevate issues impacting roadmap to right personnel and follow-through for timely resolution.
• Act as SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for Budgeting, monitor budget spends, and seek clarification on deviations/ delays with required evidence.

Business planning, monitoring, and coordination:

• Act as a focal point of contact to provide relevant information with due confidentiality & sensitivity to concerned people, department and/ or agencies.
• Liaise with business associates, external agencies, and business partners to sustain ongoing business relations.
• Establish mechanism to effectively track and monitor status of projects/ initiatives undertaken by the business.
• Understand and identify business management processes and recommend actions for simplifying for smooth flow of information and enhanced tracking mechanism.
• To assist SBU Head/ across functions/ locations; coordinate for deployment as per standards and follow-through to achieve desired outcomes.
