Job summary

GALAXEYE Space Solutions Private Limited in Bengaluru North seeks a Business Operations (CRM) Associate to manage and optimize the company’s CRM system, customize workflows, and collaborate across sales, marketing, and customer success.

You will train teams, develop reports and dashboards, and drive data integrity while exploring integrations with marketing automation and analytics tools.

Qualifications

• MBA from a recognized institution.
• 1–2 years of experience in Salesforce administration, workflow automation, and Salesforce development (preferred).
• Proficiency in Salesforce (preferred), or experience with HubSpot/Zoho CRM.
• Strong command of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
