Responsibilities

• Design and execute enterprise-wide initiatives to improve profitability and drive sustainable margin expansion.
• Partner with Delivery, Sales, Finance, HR, Technology and Corporate Functions to implement operational improvements.
• Develop and execute a cost transformation and margin-improvement roadmap with cost-reduction initiatives.
• Drive programs to improve EBITDA and operating margins with governance for tracking benefits.
• Lead revenue-growth initiatives including revenue assurance and leakage prevention.
• Improve project profitability through utilization, billability, and productivity benchmarks.
• Reduce bench costs and optimize hiring, subcontracting and contractor-utilization strategies.
• Define and monitor operational KPIs and implement performance-review mechanisms.
• Drive data-led decision-making through dashboards and analytics, improving planning and forecasting accuracy.

Reports To Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Ideal Candidate : Profile Ideal candidate will be expected to have a deep understanding of IT Services economics and proven experience driving margin improvement, cost optimization, utilization enhancement, and enterprise transformation programs delivering measurable EBITDA impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute enterprise-wide initiatives to improve profitability, optimize costs, enhance delivery efficiency, and drive sustainable margin expansion.
• Partner with Delivery, Sales, Finance, HR, Technology, and Corporate Functions to identify and implement operational improvements that strengthen competitiveness and business performance.
• Develop and execute a cost transformation and margin-improvement roadmap, including structural cost-reduction and productivity-enhancement initiatives.
• Drive enterprise-wide programs to improve EBITDA and operating margins; establish governance mechanisms to track benefits realization and program outcomes.
• Lead initiatives focused on revenue growth and gross-margin improvement, including revenue assurance and leakage-prevention mechanisms.
• Improve project profitability through effective resource utilization, deployment, billability, productivity benchmarks, and utilization-improvement programs.
• Reduce bench costs and improve deployment speed; optimize hiring, subcontracting, and contractor-utilization strategies.
• Define and monitor operational KPIs across business functions; implement performance-management frameworks and leadership review mechanisms.
• Drive data-led decision-making through dashboards and analytics, while improving planning and forecasting accuracy.

Educational Qualifications & experience

Engineering/MBA/CA background

Preference will be given to candidates having large-scale cost transformation or operational excellence initiatives.

Demonstrated success in delivering measurable margin improvement programs.
