As an Investment Associate at Investorsync , you’ll be a key player in curating institutional-grade dealflows, refining investor profiles, and supporting strategic initiatives to improve investor-startup matchmaking. You’ll work across venture capital, private equity, and emerging tech ecosystems.

What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate startup pitches and investor mandates to build thesis-aligned match sets
• Support key relationships with VCs, family offices, and institutional investors
• Assist in refining our investor CRM and deal sourcing infrastructure
• Build strategic market reports on sectors like fintech, AI, consumer, etc.
• Work directly with founders and product teams on platform upgrades

What We Are Looking For?

• 1–3 years of experience in VC, PE, investment banking, or strategic finance
• Strong research, analytical, and communication skills
