Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Business Operations Analyst II in India to join a Sales Operations and Analytics team. You will create dashboards and analytical solutions that translate complex data into actionable insights for sales teams and executives.

You will work with stakeholders to translate business needs into reporting, expand dashboard capabilities, and identify opportunities for value creation and transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years delivering dashboards, preferably in sales.
• Strong Tableau development skills: data sources, dashboards, calculations, RLS, visualizations.
• Advanced SQL with Oracle databases.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to translate findings into business recommendations.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Collaborative, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business Operations Analyst II based in India.

As a Business Operations Analyst II, you will join a Sales Operations and Analytics team focused on turning complex business data into actionable insights. You will create impactful dashboards and analytical solutions that support sales teams and inform key stakeholders, including executive leadership. The role combines data analysis, business intelligence, and cross-functional collaboration to address complex business challenges. You will work closely with stakeholders and analytics professionals to translate business needs into intuitive reporting solutions. You will also help expand dashboarding capabilities and identify opportunities for business value creation and transformation. This is a remote opportunity suited to an analytical professional who enjoys working with data and influencing business decisions.

Accountabilities

• Deliver business analysis and data-driven insights that support the Sales organization's strategic priorities and business value creation.
• Partner with stakeholders and analytics teams to understand requirements and develop dashboards aligned with end-user needs.
• Build intuitive dashboards and data sources using enterprise reporting systems to provide reliable and actionable business intelligence.
• Design dashboards around specific business actions and outcomes while analyzing complex datasets to assess feasibility and expand reporting capabilities.
• Develop subject matter expertise in Sales data, reporting solutions, and dashboarding practices.
• Support business strategy, financial performance analysis, network capacity planning, and ongoing operational initiatives.
• Identify opportunities within business data and provide practical, action-oriented recommendations.
• Collaborate effectively across functions and organizational levels to ensure analytical solutions address business priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant professional experience delivering high-quality dashboards, preferably within a Sales environment.
• Strong proficiency in Tableau development, including data sources, dashboards, complex calculations, row-level security (RLS), and data visualizations.
• Advanced SQL query-writing skills, particularly with Oracle databases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work with complex datasets and translate findings into practical business recommendations.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, combined with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems, and adapt effectively in a fast-changing environment.
