This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business Operations Analyst II based in India.

This role sits within a Sales Operations and Analytics function focused on turning complex business data into actionable insights.
You will design and deliver intuitive dashboards that help stakeholders understand performance and make informed decisions.
Working closely with business teams and analytics partners, you will translate requirements into scalable reporting solutions.
The position combines advanced Tableau development, SQL analysis, data intelligence, and business problem-solving.
You will become a subject matter expert in sales data and dashboarding, helping expand analytical capabilities across the organization.
Your insights will support areas such as sales strategy, financial performance, network capacity planning, and ongoing operations.
The environment is highly collaborative and cross-functional, offering opportunities to work with stakeholders at different levels of the organization.

Accountabilities

• Identify opportunities to create business value and support transformation initiatives through data analysis aligned with Sales priorities.

• Partner with stakeholders and analytics teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver dashboards that address end-user needs.

• Develop intuitive Tableau dashboards, data sources, visualizations, calculations, and reporting solutions that turn complex datasets into actionable insights.

• Design dashboards around specific business actions and outcomes while assessing data feasibility and opportunities to expand reporting capabilities.

• Develop and maintain reliable data sources using enterprise reporting systems and ensure information is accessible and meaningful to stakeholders.

• Build expertise in Sales data, reporting structures, and dashboard capabilities to serve as a trusted subject matter resource.

• Analyze business information to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges, translating findings into practical recommendations.

• Provide analytical support across business strategy, financial performance, network capacity planning, and operational initiatives.

• Collaborate across functions and communicate analytical findings clearly to business leaders and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience delivering high-quality dashboards, preferably within a Sales or Sales Operations environment.

• Strong hands-on expertise in Tableau, including data-source development, dashboard creation, complex calculations, row-level security (RLS), and advanced visualizations.

• Advanced SQL query-writing skills, particularly with Oracle databases.

• Strong ability to analyze complex datasets and translate analytical findings into clear business insights and recommendations.

• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.

• Strong stakeholder-management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and organizational levels.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems, collaborate with others, and deliver results in a fast-changing environment.

• Strong business acumen and curiosity, with the ability to understand how data and analytics can support strategic and operational decisions.

• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a collaborative analytics team.
