Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; bachelor's degree or higher.
• Knowledge of Qlik Sense, Helios, Fusion and Avaloq; AI tools and prompt engineering preferred.
• 8–14 years of progressive experience in Finance and Business Management and regulatory-style reporting.
• Experience with offshore/shared services operations and meeting deadlines.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Business Manager.

In This Role, You Will

• Provide critical support in production of recurring Management Information and regulatory reporting outputs
• Proactively identify challenges, and clearly flag exceptions/ anomalies with supporting evidence to ensure smooth project and operational delivery
• Build strong relationships, communicate effectively across levels and influence stakeholders to drive alignment and achieve business objectives
• Support non-financial risk by maintaining trackers and preparing governance-ready inputs and packs and perform first-line trend, risk and variance analysis on agreed management information metrics and highlight notable movements
• Escalate non-standard items and exceptions requiring interpretation/judgement or sensitive handling. Gather data/evidence, draft root cause analysis refreshes using agreed templates, and route to onshore for review and finalization
• Execute scripted/routine testing (User Acceptance Testing/regression/control testing) where access permits and capture evidence, document results, and provide clear outputs for progression via agreed channels
• Responsible for workforce planning and resource management, including analyzing direct and indirect costs, preparing cost forecasts and providing insights to support effective resource allocation and financial planning

To Be Successful You Will

• Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint skills. Knowledge of advanced excel would be an added advantage. Bachelor's degree is must or any relevant Postgraduate (Charted Accountant)
• Knowledge of Qlik Sense, Helios, Fusion and Avaloq would be an added advantage. Artificial Intelligence tools and prompt engineering preferred
• Proven delivery experience in offshore/shared services operations, working to deadlines and service levels
• Familiarity with Quality Assurance routines and continuous improvement in processing environments
• Knowledge of key finance metrics and understanding of financial statements along with concepts such as Net New Money and New relationships
• Minimum 8-14 years of progressive experience, preferably in Finance and Business Management, Management reporting and regulatory-style reporting outputs with strong validation routines.
