Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions is seeking an experienced Business/Product Analyst to collaborate with business and technical teams on digital asset and capital markets solutions. You will translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows, and work with developers and product teams to design aligned solutions.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in BA/PA within capital markets, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of the Broadridge ecosystem and securities asset lifecycle.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, SDLC, UAT, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for digital asset and capital markets solutions.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and product requirements.
• Work with developers, architects, and product teams to design solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze securities/asset lifecycle, tokenization, and digital asset product orchestration requirements.
• Apply knowledge of DLT/blockchain concepts, including smart contracts, nodes, APIs, and consensus mechanisms.
• Conduct gap/impact analysis, UAT, and support solutions through the SDLC.
• Act as a bridge between business and technology teams and support production issues and root-cause analysis.
• Understand token economics and collaborate with stakeholders to drive business adoption.

• Analyze securities/asset lifecycle, tokenization, and digital asset product orchestration requirements.
• Apply knowledge of DLT/blockchain concepts, including smart contracts, nodes, APIs, and consensus mechanisms.
• Conduct gap/impact analysis, UAT, and support solutions through the SDLC.
• Act as a bridge between business and technology teams and support production issues and root-cause analysis.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of experience in Business Analysis/Product Analysis within capital markets, fintech, or financial services.
