Job summary

We are looking for 3-6 years of experience. Extensive knowledge of COBOL,JCL,DB2 ,VSAM & CICS. Outstanding technical and analytical skills Managing all stages of software development & implementation Adept at gathering and documenting requirements. Assessing business objectives Experience in developing enhancements & troubleshooting issues. Ability to prioritize and work on multiple assignments simultaneously. Very strong communication skills. Designs, develops, modifies, adapts and implements short- and long-term solutions to technology needs through new and existing applications, systems architecture, network systems and applications infrastructure. Reviews system requirements and business processes; codes, tests, debugs, documents and implements software solutions. Provides application software development services typically in a defined project. Develops program logic for new applications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications. Ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented. May test new software code and typically works in a highly efficient ("Agile") development environment.
