Job summary

Equiniti India Pvt Ltd is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst at management level F to design, develop and deliver dashboards and insights. You will work with stakeholders to capture requirements, architect data visuals, and implement reports using Power BI and ServiceNow.

The role emphasizes strong SQL, data warehousing knowledge, and end-to-end BI delivery. The team focuses on client-facing analytics, security configurations, and robust data models.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Understand data preparation and data modelling for visualization.
• Gather reporting requirements from stakeholders and architect solutions; analyze source data and deliver reports promptly.
• Design intuitive and interactive dashboards using Power BI and ServiceNow for data-driven decisions.
• Monitor, fine-tune, and optimize dashboard performance.
• Connect to multiple data sources via Power BI and/or ServiceNow; publish and schedule data refreshes.
• Handle complexity around visualization or data.
• Ensure Power BI/ServiceNow security configurations for users and groups.

Business Intelligence Consultant responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of impactful dashboards and visualizations. The ideal candidate will have strong client handling experience, excellent communication skills, and sharp analytical abilities to support our analytical business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand fundamentals of data preparation/data modelling necessary for the visualization purpose.
• Gather reporting requirements from various stakeholders, architect the solution/report, Understand/analyze the source data and deliver the reports in timely manner
• Strong expertise in Designing intuitive and interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI and/or ServiceNow for data driven decisions.
• Performance Monitoring, fine-tuning and optimization of dashboards
• Knowledge on connecting to multiple data sources through Power BI and/or ServiceNow is required.
• Experience in publishing and sharing the dashboards, scheduling data refreshes.
• Should have handled complexity around visualization or data.
• Should have strong SQL skills, preferably over SQL Server.
• Strong Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence concepts.
• Experience on any ETL tool preferably SSIS is a plus.
• Interpret written business requirements and technical specification documents
• Strong understanding of Power BI and/or ServiceNow user and group security configuration
