Job summary

Genesys International Corporation is seeking an experienced Power Transmission SME to bring deep industry knowledge into a technology-led transformation initiative. The role spans planning, feasibility, surveying land/RoW clearances, engineering, construction, commissioning, and O&M across projects.

The candidate will work closely with technology and engineering teams, applying end-to-end lifecycle insight and practical knowledge of RoW, land, survey, and project execution to deliver

Qualifications

• 12+ years of Power Transmission experience.
• Strong understanding of transmission lines and/or substations.
• Experience across multiple stages of the project lifecycle.
• Practical knowledge of RoW, land, survey, engineering and project execution.
• Ability to explain industry processes, workflows, challenges and best practices.
• Experience with utilities, EPC companies, developers or engineering consultants.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Power Transmission projects from feasibility to commissioning.
• Collaborate with technology and engineering teams to integrate domain knowledge into solutions.
• Support RoW, land surveys, and site clearance activities across projects.

We're looking for an experienced Power Transmission SME who understands the industry beyond a single engineering function.

The role will involve working closely with our technology and engineering teams to bring deep transmission-domain knowledge into a technology-led transformation initiative.

We're looking for someone who understands the end-to-end lifecycle:

• Planning Feasibility Route & Survey Land/RoW Clearances Engineering Construction Commissioning O&M

What you'll bring:

• - 12+ years of Power Transmission experience
• - Strong understanding of transmission lines and/or substations
