• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, analyze data, and develop effective solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
