• Strengthen supply chain performance with focus on cost efficiency and timely delivery.
• Take regular reviews of HODs, track KPIs, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and operational benchmark.
• Manage operational budgets with full P&L accountability.
• Act as a strategic partner to the CEO in driving growth and organizational performance.
