Job summary

Wikilabs India seeks a seasoned Business Head for Circular Materials & Resource Recovery to lead transforming construction and infrastructure waste into sustainable building products. You will own strategy, growth, profitability, and ESG compliance across multiple facilities.

Responsibilities include government partnerships, market development, operations excellence, and cross-functional leadership across commercial, operations, and support functions to drive long-term value creation.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, recycling, resource recovery, infrastructure, industrial operations, or related sectors.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale operations with end-to-end business and financial responsibility.
• Experience in developing and scaling industrial businesses, including multi-site operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall business with full P&L accountability, driving revenue growth, profitability, operational efficiency, and long-term value creation.
• Develop business strategies focused on expansion, productivity, cost optimization, and sustainable growth.
• Monitor key financial and operational metrics across multiple processing facilities.
• Build and manage relationships with government departments, municipal authorities, infrastructure agencies, and other institutional stakeholders.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced business leader to head a large-scale resource recovery and circular materials business focused on converting construction and infrastructure waste into sustainable building products.

This is a strategic leadership role with complete responsibility for business growth, profitability, operational excellence, stakeholder engagement, regulatory compliance, and commercial development. The successful candidate will drive the expansion of recycling operations while building a sustainable and profitable circular economy platform.

Key Responsibilities

Business Leadership & P&L

• Lead the overall business with full P&L accountability, driving revenue growth, profitability, operational efficiency, and long-term value creation.

Education
