This role reports to Managing Director - EWPL

Candidate shall be responsible for:

• Set-up retail broking business into EWPL - Launch, manage and drive penetration of digital retail broking product
• Responsible for entire business, including revenue and profitability.
• Build the technology platform for seamless digital experience for clients and integrate with the current wealth tech platform.
• Ensure a competitive product offering differentiated by superior digital client experience.
• Responsible for team building across domains & ensure skill enhancement and team development of resources.
• Work closely with EWPL product & sales to drive broking business across the organization
• Sales & Client servicing, with objective to achieving set objectives for retail broking business of the company.
• Ensure adherence to the risk compliance and statutory / regulatory compliance policies

Role Requirement (Qualification & Experience)

• 5+ years of experience in Wealth Management Sales/Business.
• Must be graduate and have great command over English & Regional Language
• Should have strong internal communication and coordination skills.
