Job summary

Tech Mahindra Bengaluru is seeking a capable Business Analyst to translate business needs into BRDs, FS, and user stories, and to map processes for optimization and automation. You will work with solution architects and developers to design integrations and ensure alignment with business goals.

You will participate in Agile ceremonies, ensure traceability from requirements to solutions, and support end-to-end delivery while maintaining thorough documentation.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct requirement workshops, interviews, and process assessment sessions.
• Create BRDs, FS, and User Stories.
• Map business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
• Collaborate with solution architects and developers to design system integrations and workflows.
• Review technical solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Support end-to-end solution design and implementation.
• Create process flow diagrams, wireframes, use cases, and data mapping documents.
• Ensure traceability between business requirements, functional requirements, and technical solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Validate delivered solutions against business and technical requirements.
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
• Facilitate discussions and provide recommendations on solution options.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Support post-implementation activities and issue resolution.
• Perform impact analysis for system changes and enhancements.
• Maintain system documentation and knowledge repositories.
