Movate in Bengaluru is seeking a Business Finance Manager to partner with business and delivery leaders, driving profitability, financial planning, forecasting, commercial decision-making, and performance management in an IT Services environment.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, OPPs, revenue and cost analysis, and support pricing and governance, shaping strategic financial outcomes across delivery and sales teams.

Qualifikationen

• CA or MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution.
• 3+ years of experience in Business Finance / FP&A.
• Experience in IT Services, ITES, Consulting, or Global Delivery organizations.
• Strong understanding of T&M, Fixed Price, and Managed Services financial models.
• Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, margin management, and business partnering.

• Support deal pricing, contract reviews, bid evaluations, and commercial decisions
• Monitor revenue recognition, billing, profitability, and margin improvement initiatives

Requirements
