• Lead working capital governance including unbilled revenue reduction, invoicing and collections, debt aging, and PDD management.
• Prepare MIS, financial analytics and business performance reports for senior leadership.
• Lead month-end and quarter-end closes, identify risks and opportunities, and propose corrective actions.

We are looking for a Business Finance Manager to partner with cross-functional and global teams, drive financial performance, and support strategic business decisions.

Responsibilities

1. Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management for the business portfolio.

3. Drive revenue and margin governance, including forecasting, revenue recognition, cost optimization, and revenue leakage analysis.
4. Lead working capital governance, including unbilled revenue reduction, timely invoicing and collections, debt ageing, and PDD management.
5. Prepare and manage MIS, financial analytics, and business performance reports, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
6. Lead month-end and quarter-end financial closures, identify financial risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.

Requirements

1. 3–7 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A, or related finance roles.
2. CA preferred, with strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance management.
3. Hands-on experience in revenue, margin, cost, and working capital management.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
5. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership.
6. Proactive professional with a strong business partnering mindset, commercial acumen, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
