Zebronics in Chennai is seeking a Finance Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. You will partner with Sales and Operations to analyze performance, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights using MIS dashboards and variance analysis.

The role requires 1–4 years of Finance & Accounts experience, strong accounting knowledge, and proficiency in MS Excel and Tally/ERP systems. Excellent English communication is essential for cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• CMA/CA Inter or CMA Intermediate mandatory.
• 1–4 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions) and accounting software (Tally/ERP systems).

Role & responsibilities:

• Assist in annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and financial planning processes.
• Partner with business teams to analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and variance analysis (Budget vs Actuals)
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Analyze revenue, costs, and profitability trends
• Work with large datasets using MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
• Partner with business teams (Sales, Operations) for performance tracking
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial efficiency
• Assist in financial reporting and audit support
• Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and processes
• Coordinate with business teams for performance tracking

Preferred Skills:

• CMA/CA Inter/ CMA Intermediate (Mandatory)
• 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance
• Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions preferred) and accounting software (Tally/ERP systems)
• Good communication skills in English
