Job summary

Ferns N Petals in Gurugram, India is seeking a senior FP&A professional to prepare monthly MIS, budgets, forecasts and financial performance reports, track variances, and provide insights to drive business decisions.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, support month-end closing, build financial models and management dashboards, and work with ERP/BI tools to enhance planning and reporting accuracy.

Qualifications

• ICWA/MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
• 36 years of experience in FP&A, financial planning, MIS or business finance.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse monthly MIS, budgets, forecasts and financial performance reports.
• Track actuals vs. budget/forecast and highlight key variances and business drivers.
• Support financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes across business functions.
