Qualifikationen

• Strong knowledge of financial statements, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel and SAP proficiency is mandatory.

Aufgaben

• Prepare Monthly MIS reports, including Monthly P&L, Sales Analysis, and Budget vs Actual Variance Analysis.
• Drive annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Conduct detailed expense analysis and provide actionable insights for cost optimization.
• Perform GL scrutiny and ensure accuracy of financial records and reporting.
• Assist in the preparation and review of Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statements.
• Support management in developing and evaluating short-term and long-term business strategies.
• Monitor business performance against plans and provide variance analysis with recommendations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure timely reporting.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and strengthen financial controls.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
