Meril in India is seeking a finance/ accounts professional to support planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities. The role involves monitoring sales/promotional expenses and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure profitability.

The ideal candidate will have 2–7 years of experience in finance, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel and finance tools such as SAP, Power BI, and Tableau. Join a dynamic team in Gujarat to drive financial performance.

Formación

• 2 to 7 years of experience in Finance and Accounts roles.

Responsabilidades

• Support in preparation of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, including monitoring sales and promotional expense.
• Coordinate and resolve issues pertaining to pricing, invoicing, discounts, FOC and other commercial issues with sales.
• Preparation and reporting of Sales and Margin report on regular frequency.
• Involve in continuous review of business KPIs and highlight areas of improvement.
• Sales and promotional expense monitoring and control.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Production, Supply Chain, legal and Regulatory) to ensure readiness to achieve targeted sales and profit.
• Strong analytical abilities for data interpretation and projections; business acumen for market trend analysis; communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.
• Understanding of product costing and margin analysis.
• Proficient in Advance Excel for business intelligence.
• Knowledge of Financial tools like SAP, Power BI, Tableau etc.
