We are looking for a Business Engineer who will play a critical role in the software development cycle, gathering requirements and directing the activities of the design team.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and specifications from clients and users.
• Examine existing systems and programs to identify areas for improvement and integration.
• Develop schedules and test plans, prepare documentation, and assemble project guidelines and milestones.
• Identify potential issues between systems and client specifications and propose solutions.
• Determine a project’s scope before developers begin major work.
• Identify areas where implementation may require additional solutions.
• Communicate directly with enterprise architects, developers, and clients.
• Direct and oversee the activities of a team of developers, answering questions and resolving issues.
• Monitor timelines and progress to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Meet with clients throughout the project to provide feedback and updates.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and demonstrations to keep the client informed on development and integration.
• Work with outside vendors to develop and implement specific software solution aspects.
