Role Overview

As a Full‑stack Developer at Qvantel, you’ll work across backend and frontend layers to build reliable, scalable features used by global customers. You’ll own features end‑to‑end, from APIs and data models to clean, usable user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack applications.
• Build scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop responsive, user‑friendly frontend applications.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs.
• Work with databases to design schemas and optimize queries.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and QA.
• Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.
• Continuously improve performance, security, and code quality.

Required Skills & Experience

• Backend
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Java8+.
  • Experience with Spring / SpringBoot and microservices.
  • Solid understanding of OOP, data structures, and design principles.
  • Experience with REST APIs and backend integration.
  • Hands‑on experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Frontend
  • Strong experience with JavaScript / TypeScript.
  • Experience with modern frontend frameworks like React or Angular.
  • Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
  • Ability to work with API‑driven UI architectures.
• General
  • Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum development practices.
