DMS IT Consulting Private Limited in Noida is hiring for a Business Development professional to join the US IT Staffing team. The role focuses on generating new business, acquiring clients, and driving staffing requirements for recruitment.

Freshers (0–1 year) and experienced (1–6+ years) candidates with strong English communication and interpersonal skills are welcome. Night shift and onsite work in Noida are noted. Training in cold calling and email marketing is expected.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• 1–6+ years of experience in US IT Staffing Business Development or Sales.
• Ability to generate leads and acquire US clients / prime vendors / MSPs.
• Willingness to learn cold calling, lead generation, email marketing, and client acquisition.
