Job summary

PeopleStrong is hiring for a field sales role in Nawada, Bihar. The candidate will focus on achieving monthly sales targets, cross-selling third-party and group products to gold loan customers, and maintaining lending integrity.

The role requires engaging with branches for interest collection and developing catchment areas to generate customer leads. Ideal candidates have 1 year of field sales experience, strong communication, and a proactive mindset to work in a dynamic financial services

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline as required.
• Minimum 1 year of field sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
