Qualifications

• Coordinate with technical, R&D, laboratory, and project teams to understand feasibility, timelines, and requirements.
• Prepare and coordinate quotations, proposals, commercial discussions, and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with pharmaceutical companies, R&D teams, QA/QC teams, manufacturing organizations, and procurement teams.
• Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate testing, analytical, R&D, or QA/regulatory support services.
• Coordinate with technical, R&D, laboratory, and project teams to understand feasibility, timelines, and requirements.
• Prepare and coordinate quotations, proposals, commercial discussions, and project documentation.
• Follow up with prospects and clients throughout the sales cycle and convert opportunities into confirmed projects.
• Coordinate projects from initial requirement through testing/service delivery and client closure.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and regularly track leads, opportunities, proposals, conversions, and revenue.
• Develop repeat business and long-term relationships with clients.
• Work toward defined monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and expanding services among existing clients.
• Maintain accurate records of client communication, requirements, proposals, and project status.
