Job summary

Novumgen is seeking a dynamic business development professional to identify and cultivate opportunities in pharmacovigilance and drug safety services for global markets. You will coordinate with PV Operations, Medical Writing, Regulatory Affairs, and Quality teams to tailor solutions and drive win strategies.

The role involves developing persuasive proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations, while supporting contract negotiation and closure.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of global pharmacovigilance requirements and compliance standards.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in pharmacovigilance and drug safety services across global markets.
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activities to identify emerging business opportunities
• Develop, customize, and deliver persuasive proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations
• Collaborate with internal functional teams (PV Operations, Medical Writing, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, etc.) to create tailored solutions
• Support contract negotiation and closure stages.
• Identify potential partnership and alliance opportunities with CROs, technology providers, and regulatory firms.
• Exceptional executive network across pharma, biotech, and CROs in EU, US, and emerging markets
